We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeping Room Inspector to join our team at TownePlace Suites O'Fallon, Illinois. The ideal candidate takes pride in maintaining Marriott brand standards and ensuring every guest room is clean, comfortable, and ready for check-in.
Requirements
- Uphold all safety, sanitation, and brand procedures.
- Detail-oriented with good communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Flexible schedule — weekends and holidays required
- Positive attitude and commitment to guest satisfaction.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities
- Inspect guest rooms after cleaning to ensure they meet cleanliness and quality standards.
- Verify room readiness for guest arrivals and update room status in the system.
- Report and follow up on maintenance or housekeeping issues.
- Support and train housekeeping staff as needed.
- Maintain organization of housekeeping closets and storage areas.
- Assist with cleaning tasks during peak times or staff shortages.
- Uphold all safety, sanitation, and brand procedures.
