This role truly is the “Heart of the House” and provides key services for our guests to truly relax and enjoy their stay. A great housekeeping team can make a guest stay go from OK to Outstanding!

Requirements

• Housekeeping experience desirable.
• Engaging and friendly personality.
• Good time management skills.
• Ability to work on feet for an extended period.
• Effective communication skills.
• Ability to move and navigate carts weighing up to 100 lbs in tight spaces.
• Ability to lift, carry and position loads of at least 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests to ensure their stay is going well.
• Thoroughly clean and sanitize assigned guest areas.
• Change and inspect linens and towels daily, following the standards.
• Develop knowledge and skills in the most effective cleaning methods.
• Champion safety and report safety hazards.
• Perform deep cleaning and preventative maintenance as assigned.
• Make rounds through the halls each shift to ensure public areas are clean and tidy.
• Be available for all other work as required.
