About The Position

We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and hardworking Housekeeping Room Attendant to join our team at the Hampton Inn & Suites Mary Esther–Fort Walton Beach. This is a part-time, on-site position based in Fort Walton Beach, FL. Availability on weekends is required with no exceptions. As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for cleaning and preparing guest rooms to Hilton’s high standards of cleanliness and presentation. You will play a critical role in ensuring a clean, welcoming environment that supports an exceptional guest experience.

Requirements

• Prior housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred but not required
• Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering quality work
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to working weekends and holidays
• Physical ability to stand, bend, kneel, push/pull, and lift up to 25 lbs. throughout the shift
• Ability to follow instructions and maintain hotel cleanliness standards

Nice To Haves

• Prior housekeeping or cleaning experience

Responsibilities

• Clean guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, replenishing amenities, and disinfecting bathrooms
• Maintain cleanliness in public areas, guest corridors, and housekeeping closets
• Replace linens and towels and report any maintenance issues or damage
• Follow safety and sanitation procedures according to brand standards
• Work efficiently to meet daily room quotas and turnaround times
• Report lost and found items to management
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude with guests and team members
