About The Position
We are looking for a detail-oriented Room Cleaner with excellent cleanliness standards to keep our rooms sparkling clean and up to Marriott's high standards. The goal is to enhance customer experience by keeping our facilities in clean and orderly condition. As a Housekeeping Room Attendant, you will be responsible for cleaning and tidying all areas to the standard cleanliness within time limits, delivering excellent customer service, and accurately recording all serviced rooms. You will also maintain equipment in good condition, report on any shortages, damages, or security issues, and handle reasonable guest complaints or requests while informing others when necessary. Additionally, you will assist with the hotel's laundry as needed and help train team members as required. Checking stocking levels of all needed supplies to stock your cart and supply the guest rooms is also part of your responsibilities. Compliance with health and safety regulations and acting in line with company policies and standard operating procedures is essential.
