About The Position

Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation in all areas of responsibility within public spaces, ensuring they are consistently welcoming, safe, and visually appealing for guests. This role requires a strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing cleanliness concerns before they impact the guest experience. The successful candidate takes pride in their work, understands the importance of presentation, and contributes to an environment that reflects our commitment to quality and comfort.

Requirements

Basic English verbal communication skills
Good communication skills, able to understand direction given through pager/phone/tablet
Able to use cleaning chemicals
Able to work under variations and temperature
Good customer relations skills

Responsibilities

Maintain hotel sanitation, cleanliness, maintenance and safety standards in public areas
Emptying trash urns in all public areas including garage
Sweep the garage floors.
Cleaning elevators.
Clean and stock public restrooms and health club.
Clean entry doors.
Sweep sidewalks and front of the hotel entrances.
Clean M level foyers and locker rooms
Understanding and practicing the safe and proper use and operation of all housekeeping equipment and supplies.
Responding to individual guest’s and employee needs in an appropriate and timely manner.
Perform other duties as requested.
Reading, understanding and practicing hotel policies as outlined in the Employee Handbook.
