About The Position

As a Housekeeping Public Space Attendant at the Franklin Embassy Suites, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of public areas such as lobbies, hallways, elevators, and restrooms. Your role will involve tackling deep-cleaning projects, ensuring that cleaning carts and supply closets are stocked and organized, and assisting Room Attendants as needed. You will also be expected to respond to guest needs and safety concerns promptly and with a positive attitude.

Requirements

• Experience in janitorial or hotel cleaning preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Eye for detail.
• Physically ready to walk, bend, lift up to 50 lbs, and stay active your whole shift.
• Flexible availability for days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Keep public areas spotless—lobbies, hallways, elevators, restrooms, and more.
• Tackle deep-cleaning projects like carpet care, floor polishing, and high-dusting.
• Ensure cleaning carts and supply closets are stocked, organized, and guest-ready.
• Assist Room Attendants with restocking linens, removing trash, and prepping rooms.
• Respond to guest needs and safety concerns quickly and with a smile.
