Responsibilities

• Clean all areas of the store including floors, windows, restrooms, and trash receptacles following Kohl's best practices and standards.
• Utilize approved chemicals, supplies, and equipment to ensure a safe and clean environment.
• Maintain levels of company-approved chemicals and supplies by placing orders and ensuring proper storage.
• Complete and maintain required training for chemical, equipment, and maintenance.
• Perform basic equipment maintenance following company guidelines.
• Use Kohl's tools and technology to plan, communicate, and share information with the store team.
• Support the operations team in receiving and processing products and executing stockroom operations.
• Engage customers by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services.
• Act with integrity and foster teamwork in an inclusive culture.
• Exercise good judgment and resolve customer issues satisfactorily.
• Meet or exceed individual productivity goals and accomplish multiple tasks within established timeframes.
