About The Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Housekeeping Manager to oversee the daily operations of our housekeeping department. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our guests enjoy a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment during their stay. As the Housekeeping Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of housekeeping staff, ensuring that they are trained, motivated, and equipped to deliver exceptional service. You will also be responsible for maintaining inventory levels, managing budgets, and ensuring that all housekeeping equipment is in good working order.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Housekeeping Manager or similar role
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage and motivate a team of housekeeping staff
  • Knowledge of housekeeping equipment and cleaning techniques

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
  • Experience working in a luxury hotel or resort
  • Certification in housekeeping management

Responsibilities

  • Manage and supervise the daily operations of the housekeeping department
  • Ensure that all guest rooms and public areas are clean and well-maintained
  • Train and motivate housekeeping staff to deliver exceptional service
  • Maintain inventory levels and manage budgets
  • Ensure that all housekeeping equipment is in good working order
