The Housekeeping Manager upholds these standards by ensuring both the property and the team represent our brand with professionalism, care, and a refined appearance.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of cleaning procedures and safety standards
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • High attention to detail and professional demeanor
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • 3–5 years of housekeeping management experience (luxury hotels, resorts, or clubs)
  • Proven leadership and team management skills

Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise the housekeeping team, ensuring all club areas meet luxury standards
  • Schedule and manage staff across shifts
  • Conduct daily inspections and ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards
  • Train, motivate, and support team members
  • Manage inventory and supply orders for cleaning products, linens, and amenities
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
  • Address guest or member concerns promptly and professionally
  • Uphold brand standards and create a polished, welcoming environment
