Requirements
- Experience in housekeeping leadership (healthcare preferred)
- Strong communication & teamwork skills
- Compassion for seniors and those we serve
- Ability to multitask & motivate a team
- Physically able to perform/assist with housekeeping tasks as needed
Responsibilities
- Manage and support housekeeping staff
- Coordinate schedules & daily cleaning assignments
- Ensure facility cleanliness, sanitation, & infection-control compliance
- Collaborate with Nursing & other departments for smooth workflow
- Train and motivate team members
- Maintain supply inventory and equipment standards
- Promote a comfortable, safe environment for residents & staff
