You will be responsible for the hotel's Housekeeping operations, ensuring our housekeeping TEAM meets guests needs and delivering outstanding service and performance. Requirements
- Prior 2+ years' experience in a Hyatt brand or hotel environment
- Hyatt brand experience is preferred
- Prior work experience is required and Bi-lingual (English and Spanish speaking) is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, proper storage, and disposal methods
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
Nice To Haves
- Hyatt brand experience is preferred
