From inspecting rooms to training room attendants (and yes, rolling up their sleeves to clean when needed), this role is all about making sure every corner shines. But it’s not all dusters and vacuums—there’s also some behind-the-scenes magic, like ordering supplies, juggling inventory, and crafting schedules. Requirements

Speak, read, and write fluently and proficiently in English and Spanish.
2+ years of supervisory superpowers in a hotel environment.
Flexibility is your middle name – you’re ready to roll on weekends and holidays when needed.
You know how to lead, motivate, and uplift a diverse team.
Master multitasker with top-notch organizational and time management skills.
You’ve got an eagle eye for detail and a passion for sparkling clean spaces.
