We are seeking an experienced Housekeeping Manager to oversee housekeeping operations and ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout the club. Requirements

• Knowledge of cleaning procedures and safety standards
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• High attention to detail and professional demeanor
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• 3-5 years of housekeeping management experience (luxury hotels, resorts, or clubs)
• Proven leadership and team management skills

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the housekeeping team, ensuring all club areas meet luxury standards
• Schedule and manage staff across shifts
• Conduct daily inspections and ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards
• Train, motivate, and support team members
• Manage inventory and supply orders for cleaning products, linens, and amenities
