About The Position

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Housekeeping Manager to join our team and oversee the housekeeping operations of our hotel. The Housekeeping Manager will be responsible for managing a team of housekeepers, housemen, and public area attendants. While ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards and providing excellent customer service to guests. The successful candidate will have strong leadership and communication skills and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a manager or in a leadership role in the hospitality industry
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and handle a high-volume workload
  • Proficiency with computer systems and software, such as Microsoft Office and property management systems
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Responsibilities

  • Manage and lead a team of housekeepers, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations
  • Oversee the daily operation of the department
  • Ensure that tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards and adhere to safety protocols
  • Provide excellent customer service to guests
  • Monitor and maintain inventory levels, including ordering and restocking as needed
  • Other duties as assigned
