About The Position
Homewood Suites by Hilton in Poughkeepsie is seeking an experienced and motivated Housekeeping Manager to lead our housekeeping team and help deliver an exceptional guest experience. Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of hotel housekeeping supervisor or manager experience (required)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
Nice To Haves
- Prior Hilton or Marriott brand experience is a plus
Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and support the housekeeping team through strong communication, integrity, and hands-on leadership
- Supervise daily housekeeping operations to ensure cleanliness, efficiency, and brand compliance
- Set a positive example for guest service and empower team members to exceed guest expectations
- Recognize and celebrate team achievements and individual contributions
- Coach, mentor, and develop team members to support performance and career growth
- Maintain an open-door policy, solicit feedback, and proactively address concerns
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support hotel operations
