About The Position

Responsibilities

  • Recruit, hire, and train new housekeeping staff including room attendants, floor supervisors, and laundry personnel.
  • Develop and implement staff training programs to maintain quality standards.
  • Create and manage staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage throughout shifts.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff.
  • Oversee daily cleaning operations in guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces.
  • Conduct regular inspections to verify cleaning standards are met.
  • Identify and address any cleanliness issues promptly.
  • Monitor and maintain adequate stock levels of cleaning supplies, linens, and guest amenities.
  • Place orders for cleaning supplies and manage inventory costs.
  • Respond to guest complaints regarding cleanliness and take corrective action.
  • Maintain a focus on delivering exceptional guest service.
