Blue Flame manages three hotels on the Northeast side of Fort Wayne: the Hampton Inn Dupont and the Hilton Garden Inn and Home2 Suites North (a dual property location). As a Housekeeping Lead at the hotels, your general responsibilities will be to clean assigned rooms, assign rooms to be cleaned to room attendants by shift, including finalizing daily paperwork byshift end, inspect all rooms and common areas each day to ensure quality standards are met, supervise the day-to-day operation of the department and work activities of assigned personnel, assist with inventory, and maintain compliance with company policies, practices, procedures, and safety standards.

Requirements

High school diploma
Ability to deal with various types of personalities and situations
Ability to make fast and sound decisions
Ability to read and understand instructions, correspondence and memos
Be available to work weekends

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of housekeeping and cleaning techniques

Responsibilities

Clean assigned rooms
