About The Position

Miller's Health Systems is seeking a Housekeeping Assistant. This role is responsible for maintaining the general cleanliness and sanitation of patient rooms and the entire facility. The Housekeeping Assistant plays a crucial role in ensuring the safety, comfort, and satisfaction of patients and visitors. The position requires adherence to all State and Federal regulations and company policies concerning safety, infection control, and other relevant standards. The successful candidate will respond positively to requests from supervisors, patients, their families, and staff, and must be capable of following instructions and cleaning schedules.

Requirements

• Have a basic understanding of cleanliness standards
• Possess the skills and abilities to perform a variety of housekeeping duties
• Are willing to learn and follow required applicable regulations and policies
• Are passionate about delivering great customer service
• Able to work as part of a dedicated team
• Are professional and appropriate in appearance, conversation and behavior
• Successfully complete pre-employment process and screening
• Able to pass physical examination given in behalf of gainful employment within the facility
• Satisfactorily pass through required orientation and training
• Be able to follow written and/or verbal instructions

Responsibilities
