About The Position

We are hiring a dependable and organized Housekeeping/Laundry Supervisor to lead our Environmental Services Team. Requirements

Has Experience in Housekeeping or Laundry Services, Preferably in a Healthcare Setting
Brings Strong Supervisory or Leadership Experience
Communicates Clearly, Both Verbally and in Writing
Is Organized, Detail-oriented, and Able to Multitask Effectively
Understands Infection Control and Sanitation Protocols in Long-term Care
Demonstrates Genuine Care and Compassion for Elderly and Disabled Individuals

Responsibilities

Lead the Team: Hire, Train, Supervise, and Evaluate Housekeeping and Laundry Staff
Schedule Efficiently: Create Department Schedules Aligned with Census and Labor Budgets
Manage Inventory: Order and Manage Supply Levels While Maintaining Budget Controls
Ensure Cleanliness: Perform and Oversee Mopping, Dusting, Vacuuming, Polishing, and Disinfecting
Inspect and Monitor: Conduct Routine Inspections for Sanitation, Infection Control, and Cleanliness Compliance
Train Staff: Provide Instruction on Safe and Effective Cleaning and Laundry Procedures
Support Daily Operations: Ensure Consistent Linen Delivery, Personal Laundry Service, and Organized Supply Rooms
