Requirements

Previous housekeeping, laundry and cleaning experience preferred
Previous experience working in a retirement community preferred
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good communication skills.
Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks and lift heavy items.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

Perform various cleaning duties such as dusting, vacuuming, and mopping in resident rooms, hallways, and common areas.
Change and launder bed linens and towels as required.
Assist with meal prep and clean up as needed.
Restock supplies such as toiletries and cleaning products.
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management.
Follow health and safety regulations to ensure a safe environment.
Provide excellent customer service and respond to resident and staff requests promptly.
