About The Position

The Laundry Attendant is responsible for washing, drying, folding, and
organizing linens, towels, and other laundry items to ensure guests have a clean
and comfortable stay. This role requires attention to detail and the ability to
operate industrial laundry equipment.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older to apply High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior experience in a hotel or commercial laundry setting is a plus.
• Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy loads (up to 50 lbs).
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of our guests.
• Ability to work in a fun, fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to speak and read the English language, additional languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Focus on safety for yourself and others
• Operate washing machines, dryers, and ironing equipment safely and efficiently.
• Sort, wash, dry, fold, and stack laundry according to hotel standards.
• Maintain proper storage and organization of clean and soiled linens.
• Inspect linens and towels for stains, tears, or damage and report issues to management.
• Monitor laundry supplies and report when inventory needs replenishing.
• Follow hotel procedures for handling and disposing of damaged or unusable items.
• Keep laundry area clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
• Assist with additional housekeeping duties as needed.
