Housekeeping/Laundry Aide

Compensation: Starting wage is $16.00 an hour, with additional credit given for experience.
Requirements
- In Physical/Mental condition to perform all job duties as assigned
- Able to work in the Long Term Care Setting
- Experience working in Housekeeping preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities
- Cleaning Resident Rooms, bathrooms, common areas, etc.
- Sweep, Mop, Vacuum
- Prepare rooms for incoming residents
- Dust and clean furniture, equipment, or other items.
- Washing Windows
- Emptying Garbage
- Laundry (as needed)
- Other cleaning duties as assigned
- Gather, sort, and separate residents clothing and linens.
- Operate laundry equipment for washing and drying of clothing and linens.
- Fold clothing and linens.
- Hang personal clothing as needed.
- Return clothing to resident rooms and stack linens in store rooms and/or carts.
- Mark resident clothing and linens as needed.
