About The Position
Intec Building Services is seeking dedicated and reliable custodians to join our team. Ideal candidates will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of the facility and ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all users and staff.
Requirements
- Previous experience in cleaning or maintenance is preferred, but not required.
- Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Must be reliable and punctual.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
Responsibilities
- Clean and disinfect restrooms, common areas, and workspaces
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors
- Clean and dust surfaces, furniture, and equipment
- Empty trash and recycling bins
- Restock supplies as needed
- Report any maintenance or safety concerns to management
- Follow safety protocols and procedures
