About The Position

The Housekeeping Inspector ensures guest rooms meet Tamarack Resort’s standards for cleanliness, safety, and presentation. This role verifies room readiness and supports staff to maintain exceptional quality.

Requirements

• Prior housekeeping or hospitality experience required.
• Strong attention to detail and consistency.
• Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Nice To Haves

• Two years of hospitality or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to coach and support team members effectively.

Responsibilities

• Inspect assigned rooms for cleanliness, proper setup, and supply levels.
• Document deficiencies and verify timely corrections.
• Report maintenance issues immediately.
• Provide coaching and quality-check support for staff.
• Inspect VIP rooms and special request accommodations.
• Coordinate room readiness with other resort departments.
• Assist with cleaning when needed during high-demand periods.
• Support laundry or public-area tasks as required.
