Job Summary: Assist the Housekeeping Manager in running the day in and day out operations of Housekeeping. Cleanliness of the guest room, maintain public areas, and the laundry department will be three key areas. Key Accountabilities: Inspect what we expect. Assign daily assignments in hotel computer system. Assign daily projects and inspect to make sure they are happening. Assign houseman and laundry team members duties and inspect they are happening Ensure rooms are getting entered in the system so front office has vacant ready rooms. Address any performance issues that come up during the shift.
