Responsibilities

Quality Assurance Expert: Conduct thorough inspections of guest rooms, including bathrooms, bedrooms, and common areas.
Evaluate the cleanliness and presentation of rooms, ensuring they meet the highest standards.
Identify and document any deficiencies, such as missing amenities, damaged furniture, or areas requiring further attention.
Provide constructive feedback to housekeeping staff on areas for improvement.
