Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous housekeeping experience preferred.
• Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time up to 8 hours a day.
• Ability to perform assigned duties with attention to detail, speed, accuracy, follow through.
• Availability to work during the weekend depending on the needs of the operation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations on your assigned floor.
• Ensure rooms are thoroughly cleaned and ready for guest arrivals.
• Adhere to all policies, including OSHA and Health Department guidelines.
• Provide direction and motivation to your team for optimal performance.
• Retrain team members as needed to address cleanliness issues.
• Complete reports and projects as directed by the Housekeeping Manager.
