About The Position

Holiday Inn Express Lewiston, ID managed by Northwest x Southern Hospitality (NSH) is currently interviewing for a Housekeeping Inspector/Room Attendant! Our location has recently been through a multi-million-dollar renovation project and it is going to lead us into the next generation of hospitality. We are excited to give our guests a better experience than ever before. Whether you are new to hotels or a seasoned veteran we are looking for you! The right candidate will have a genuine true hospitality attitude and knows what it takes to join a team of truly unforgettable people and create memories that last our guests a lifetime. Summary of position: The primary purpose of this position is to supervise cleaning personnel and inspects hotel guestrooms, bathrooms, corridors, and lobbies. Also inspects rooms for damage, responds to guests complaints, and posts room occupancy records. May also perform cleaning duties when necessary.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent GED
  • Prior hotel or hospitality experience preferred
  • Demonstrate excellent organizational skills, communication skills, and problem-solving skills
