About The Position

A Kolter Hospitality Houseperson delivers service excellence to our guests by assisting the Housekeeping department in creating a larger than home, welcoming experience. This position is responsible for maintaining all corridors and public areas and assists Housekeepers with supplies, linens, and removal of trash.

Requirements

Able to work weekends
Report to work on time and in proper uniform.
Ability to stand/walk for up to 8 hours.
Ability to lift, pull and push moderate weight (minimum of 50 lbs)

Responsibilities

Ensure housekeeper carts and closets are stocked and organized
Empty dirty linen and trash from housekeeping carts and take to the appropriate location.
Checks with housekeepers to ensure they have supplies
Vacuum hallways
Clean elevator landings and doors.
Monitor hallways and walls for scuff marks and remove.
Report any items in need of repair.
Follow all safety procedures while working.
