About The Position
As a Houseperson at Renaissance Shoals, you will be a key player in ensuring guests have an exceptional experience by creating a welcoming, clean, and pristine environment. This role involves maintaining organized, spotless spaces and contributing to the team’s success. You will support the housekeeping team by delivering linens and amenities and assist with maintaining public areas such as hallways, restrooms, stairwells, and lobbies to the highest standards of cleanliness. Your attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness are essential for creating lasting impressions for guests.
Responsibilities
- Ensure all public areas are maintained to the highest standard of cleanliness, including hallways, restrooms, stairwells, and lobbies.
- Assist housekeeping staff by delivering clean linens, towels, and amenities to guest rooms and housekeeping storage areas.
- Report any safety or maintenance issues to the appropriate department for quick resolution.
- Maintain supply closets, carts, and other housekeeping areas to ensure availability of necessary supplies.
