Discounts with our Crescent managed properties in North America for you & your family members Marriott Hotel Discount Here is what you will be doing each day: As a Housekeeping Houseperson, you'll lead and support the housekeeping team to ensure our guest rooms and public areas are consistently clean, safe, and welcoming. You'll play a hands-on role in maintaining service standards, supporting your team, and ensuring guest satisfaction. As Housekeeping Houseperson, you create a welcoming, clean environment where guests feel cared for. You handle concerns with professionalism and follow through to ensure resolution. Build a positive, respectful team culture where people communicate well and support each other. Show up on time, follow safety procedures, and take ownership of your work.

Requirements

• Dependable and self-motivated with strong attention to detail.

• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to lead by example.

• Ability to lift to 100 lbs. and perform physical tasks such as bending, reaching, and standing for extended periods.
• Comfortable using cleaning products and working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Stock linen closets with amenities and supplies for room attendants may include taking supplies directly to room attendants.
• Empty room attendant carts of soiled linen and trash.
• Clean and remove spots from corridor walls and doors.
• Polish and clean mirrors, room numbers on guest room doors, and elevator doors.
• Vacuum, sweep, and/or mop hallways, stairwells, vending areas, and foyers.
• Flip mattresses and move furniture as assigned by Housekeeping Houseperson.
• Comply with attendance rules and be available to work on a regular basis.
• Perform any other job-related duties as assigned.
