Hilton Motif Seattle is looking for a Houseperson to join the team! Located on 5th Avenue in the heart of Downtown Seattle, our stylish hotel is nestled between Pike Place Market and Union Street. The ideal candidate: Able to push/pull up to 350lbs. 6 months of housekeeping experience. 6 months customer service background. Flexible scheduling availability. Shift Pattern: Varied AM PM (6:00am – 12:00am) weekdays, weeknights, weekends and holidays needed; shifts will be dependent on business levels and seniority scheduling. Requirements

  • Able to push/pull up to 350lbs.
  • 6 months of housekeeping experience.
  • 6 months customer service background.
  • Flexible scheduling availability.

Responsibilities

  • Clean designated areas including, but not limited to, restrooms, public areas, offices and banquet/meeting/conference rooms.
  • Perform tasks including, but not limited to, dusting and polishing furniture and fixtures, vacuuming, mopping, sweeping, shampooing carpets, washing windows, cleaning/waxing floors, removing and disposing of trash and emptying ashtrays.
  • Greet guests in a friendly manner.
  • Report maintenance deficiencies and items in need of repair.
  • Stock and maintain supply rooms, as needed.
  • Perform deep cleaning tasks and special projects (for example: mattress flipping, furniture moves, etc.), as needed.
  • Deliver guest requests and assist in cleaning guest rooms, as needed.
