About The Position

As a Housekeeper your direct contact with residents and their guests can make their day, so the ideal candidate will do everything they can to delight them with excellent service and a smile. As a Housekeeper you will be responsible for maintaining the feeling of home within our community and with each individual resident all while ensuring the residents receive world-class service.

Requirements

• Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is preferred, but not mandatory.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
• Reliable and punctual, demonstrating commitment and dedication to providing exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of resident apartments, common areas, and designated spaces, ensuring a hygienic and inviting atmosphere.
• Pay meticulous attention to detail, ensuring all surfaces, fixtures, and furnishings are immaculately clean and well-maintained.
• Handle resident laundry with care, ensuring clothes are cleaned, folded, and delivered promptly.
• Work closely with fellow team members and management to uphold high cleanliness standards throughout the community.
• Interact with residents and staff in a friendly, respectful, and courteous manner, fostering a welcoming environment.
