Requirements
- Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in United States
- Strong Customer Service skills
- High level of attention to detail and a strong work ethic
- Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and push/pull as needed during shifts
- A valid US Driver’s License
- This role includes off-site work and requires flexibility in scheduling, including weekends and holidays.
Responsibilities
- Supports a team of Room Attendants by ensuring guest room supplies are well stocked, trash and debris are removed from the rooms, and maintaining general cleanliness of guest floors and rooms.
- Assist with transporting rollaway beds and other larger items requested by our guests.
- Assist with responsibilities and duties in the absence or heavy volume in the areas of Lobby Attendant and Room Attendant.
- Find opportunities to personalize the service experience for each guest
- Responding promptly to guest requests for additional items such as rollaway beds, cribs, and extra pillows.
- Assisting with room setups for children’s amenities and VIP guests, and maintaining cleanliness of lanai furniture and windows.
