The Housekeeping - Homemakers will focus on cleaning resident's rooms. While you could help with serving residents breakfast, lunch, and dinner, this role specifically focuses on cleaning and maintaining a clean environment. As a Homemaker, they are the primary advocate for the residents in the household. It is an important role that helps promote the residents' psychosocial well-being through meaningful relationship building, helping plan and facilitate social activities, and maintaining a safe environment.
