About The Position

Join our team as a Housekeeping Tower Manager and take a leading role in maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and overall presentation of our guest floors and service areas. This position is responsible for overseeing daily housekeeping operations within assigned tower sections, ensuring Hyatt's high standards of quality and guest satisfaction are consistently met. The salary range for this position is $57,000 to $62,000. This is not your typical career opportunity. This is the Hyatt Touch. Requirements

  • Previous hotel or housekeeping leadership experience preferred.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and computer skills.
  • Ability to remain active and on your feet throughout the day.
  • A genuine passion for service, teamwork, and professional growth.

Responsibilities

  • Leading daily housekeeping operations for assigned guest floors and back-of-house service areas.
  • Assigning cleaning tasks, monitoring staff performance, and inspecting rooms, hallways, and public areas for cleanliness and order.
  • Providing hands-on coaching and feedback to team members to ensure consistent quality and attention to detail.
  • Maintaining scheduled cleaning programs and overseeing special projects such as floor care, deep cleaning, ice machine room cleaning, and signage updates.
  • Collaborating with House Call Attendants to ensure proper par levels and organized guest request items throughout the resort.
  • Communicating professionally with guests, addressing inquiries, requests, and concerns in a timely and courteous manner.
  • Managing inventory levels, organizing supplies, and ensuring equipment availability.
  • Organizing employee shifts, supporting training efforts, and maintaining accurate operational records.
  • Utilizing Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) to support department communication and reporting.
  • Creating and maintaining a positive, respectful, and engaging work environment for all housekeeping associates.
