About The Position

Nice To Haves

  • High School Diploma or equivalent experience preferred
  • Previous Housekeeping experience preferred
  • Supervisory experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Working lead - this position will work on the floor while doing lead duties as well
  • Responsible for making daily assignments for staff
  • Check on EVS staff and help with inspecting rooms
  • Make sure all discharged rooms are satisfactory before end of shift
  • Direct report for EVS staff when EVS Manager is off-site
  • Carry ascon phone for communication with CNO and EVS Manager
  • Direct and correct staff when issues arise
  • You will consistently demonstrate commitment to customer service excellence in all interactions with patients, family members, visitors and other staff members.
  • You will be responsible for maintaining a clean work environment in assigned areas, which may include patient rooms, offices, nurse's stations, lounges, hallways, bathrooms, kitchen areas, elevators and lobby areas.
  • Carry/lift up to 50lbs and push/pull up to 40lbs.
