Requirements

• 2+ years of staff management experience (housekeeping, hotel, resort, retail, or restaurant management preferred)
• 5 years of housekeeping experience preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• AS/BS in Environmental Services, Management, or related fields preferred
• Certifications in safety, HR management, or housekeeping-related fields are a plus

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a team
• Mentor and develop employees while fostering a positive and productive work environment
• Coordinate daily operations and ensure high standards of cleanliness and efficiency
