Responsible for answering and responding to guest calls and dispatching and coordinating housekeeping personnel to areas in need of cleaning and to provide guests with service that anticipates their needs. Promotes positive guest relations, through prompt, courteous and efficient service. Monitors and responds to dispatch radio and responds accordingly by referring calls to appropriate parties. Monitors computer frequently for check-outs and rooms ready for inspection. Assigns keys, radios, etc. for assignments to personnel.
