About The Position

Housekeeping Director Full-time Position Available! APPLY TODAY! Our company is currently recruiting an experienced Housekeeping Director for a long-term care facility in Syracuse, NY. Housekeeping Director position is responsible for managing and overseeing the housekeeping and laundry services to ensure facility standards.

Requirements

• Minimum 2-3 years of Environmental Services experience in Skilled Nursing Facilities, hospital, and our healthcare required.
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
• Knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations, and survey process.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage housekeeping and laundry programs, policies, schedules, and Dept. Of Health survey process
• Conduct regular inspections to maintain cleanliness standards.
• Manage and train housekeeping staff in cleaning protocols and safety procedures.
• Oversee inventory management of cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Handle scheduling, budgeting, and reporting related to housekeeping operations.
• Perform other job-related duties as they become required.
