About The Position

WE LOVE OUR WORK. Provides friendly, professional guest service while working collaboratively with coworkers in a fast-paced hotel environment. Performs deep cleaning of guest rooms, hallways, elevators, stairwells, vending areas, service landings, maid closets, and other assigned areas in accordance with established standards and training. Assists with standard guest room cleaning and room turnover as needed based on operational demands. Follows all established protocols when entering, cleaning, and exiting guest rooms to ensure guest safety, privacy, and satisfaction. Uses cleaning equipment, tools, and chemicals safely and properly and adheres to all chemical handling and safety procedures. Maintains accurate records of rooms and areas that have been deep cleaned and reports room status as required. Restocks the Hotel Housekeeping Deep Cleaner cart with appropriate guest supplies, linens, and cleaning chemicals. Identifies and reports safety concerns, damage, or maintenance and repair issues related to guest rooms or hotel facilities. Respond promptly to reasonable guest requests or directs guests to the appropriate department for assistance. Complies with any additional reasonable duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Requires high school diploma/GED.
• Candidates must have strong customer service and communication skills.
• Must have the ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Professional appearance is required.
• Must have the ability to respond to visual and verbal cues, work in confined spaces, and perform the physical duties of the role, including lifting up to 75 lbs. and frequent bending, reaching, and moving throughout the shift.
