The Four Seasons Hotel Miami is searching for a Housekeeping Coordinator. The position assists the guests with any requests, or questions throughout the day. Works closely with Housekeeping Supervisors or Managers.

Requirements

  • Must be able to work all shifts including, AM's, PM's, weekends, and holidays.
  • Minimum one year working within hospitality or related field.
  • Ability to communicate professional and accurately via telephone.
  • Ability to count and record accurately.
  • Requires knowledge or the ability to operate computer equipment and the reservations system.
  • Requires reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language.
  • Able to sit, stand and walk up to 8 hours.
  • Able to lift and carry up to 20 pounds.

Responsibilities

  • Answer telephone using courteous, efficient telephone etiquette while obtaining all information necessary to process the guest’s requests according to Four Seasons Standards.
  • Communicate guest orders including any special needs or requests to Supervisors or Management
  • Anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, and offer suggestions, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests.
  • Coordinate request deliver by ensuring that all requests are received, filed, ordered and delivered in a prompt and accurate fashion.
  • Comply with Four Seasons’ Work Rules and Standards of Conduct.
  • Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors.
