About The Position

Looking for an exciting opportunity to join a world-class team and work in one of Boston's most luxurious hotels? Look no further than the Four Seasons Hotel One Dalton Street Boston! We are seeking individuals who are passionate about hospitality and possess a keen attention to detail to join our Housekeeping team as a Housekeeping Coordinator! Essential function of the job: Schedules room assignments to be done daily, details preferences and sections for room & house attendants. Will follow up on all guest requests to ensure completion to be sure work is completed. Will have strong communications skills to interact with Front Office and Engineering departments. Creates and prioritizes daily assignments, following opening and closing procedures for department as primary housekeeping contact for the shift. Monitors the performance of House Attendants and Lobby Attendants. Assures that there are sufficient supplies on the guest floors and in public areas of hotel. Complies with Four Seasons' Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as set forth in EmPact. Works harmoniously and professionally with co-workers. Needs the ability to work independently without constant supervision.

Requirements

  • College degree.
  • 1-2 years luxury hotel housekeeping preferred.
  • Ability to read, write and speak English.
  • Ability to operate computer and work with provided software systems.
