The Bayview Hotels is looking for dependable, detail-oriented Housekeeping Attendant to join our seasonal team at one of our beautiful coastal Maine properties. This full-time seasonal position runs through fall and is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work and providing exceptional guest experiences behind the scenes. As a Housekeeping Attendant, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our guest rooms and common areas are clean, comfortable, and ready to impress. Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- Comfortable with physical tasks including bending, lifting, and standing for long periods
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
Nice To Haves
- Prior housekeeping or cleaning experience is helpful, but not required
Responsibilities
- Clean guest rooms, including bathrooms, bedrooms, and common areas
- Change linens, make beds, vacuum, dust, and sanitize high-touch surfaces
- Replenish amenities such as towels, soap, and coffee supplies
- Report any maintenance or safety issues to the appropriate team
- Maintain cleanliness in public spaces, including lobbies and hallways
- Ensure carts and storage areas are stocked and organized
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
- Provide friendly and respectful service if interacting with guests
