Requirements

• Prior experience in housekeeping, custodial, or cleaning roles preferred
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, disinfectants, and proper usage
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
• Good communication skills and a respectful attitude towards residents and staff
• Ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods as required

Responsibilities

• Perform general cleaning and sanitation of resident rooms, common areas, hallways, and staff facilities
• Ensure all surfaces, floors, and furniture are cleaned and disinfected according to health and safety standards
• Dispose of waste properly and maintain cleanliness of trash receptacles
• Restock cleaning supplies and report any maintenance or repair needs
• Follow infection control protocols and safety procedures at all times
• Assist with special cleaning projects as needed to support facility operations
