The Princeton Marriott at Forrestal, located at 100 College RoadEast, Princeton, NJ 08540 is currently hiring a HousekeepingAttd-Lobby PM. Responsibilities include: Clean public and employee restrooms and showers. Clean glass inpublic and employee areas. Clean floor surfaces in public oremployee space using designated chemicals, supplies, and equipment.Dust surfaces in assigned area. Empty trash containers, ashtrays,and ash urns in public areas into proper containers. Inspectcondition of furniture for tears, rips, and stains and reportdamages. Clean and maintain lights. Post caution signs to limittraffic when necessary. Contact other departments directly forurgent repairs. Respond promptly to requests from guests and otherdepartments. Identify and report preventative or other maintenanceissues in public areas or guest rooms. Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures;report any maintenance problems, safety hazards, accidents, orinjuries; complete safety training and certifications; properlystore flammable materials. Ensure uniform and personal appearanceare clean and professional; maintain confidentiality of proprietaryinformation. Welcome and acknowledge all guests according tocompany standards; anticipate and address guests' service needs;assist individuals with disabilities; thank guests with genuineappreciation. Speak with others using clear and professionallanguage. Support team to reach common goals. Ensure adherence toquality expectations and standards. Move, lift, carry, push, pull,and place objects weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds withoutassistance. Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending,twisting, pulling, and stooping. Stand, sit, or walk for anextended period of time. Perform other reasonable job duties asrequested by Supervisors.
