About The Position

PS is seeking a detail-oriented Housekeeping Associate to maintain cleanliness, organization, and presentation standards throughout the PS facility. This role is responsible for ensuring suites, guest areas, and operational spaces are consistently maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and readiness to support daily operations and guest experiences. The ideal candidate is reliable, efficient, and takes pride in delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced, service-driven environment.

Requirements

  • Work experience as a housekeeping, public area or facilities attendant or similar role within the luxury hospitality industry
  • Ability to communicate effectively and establish and maintain effective working relationships with staff and guests
  • Requires standing for extended periods, walking, pushing and pulling, reaching, bending, squatting, kneeling, lifting up to 50 pounds
  • Hands-on experience with cleaning and maintenance tasks
  • Ability to use industrial cleaning equipment and products
  • Stamina to handle the physical demands of the job
  • Minimum High school Diploma or GED required
  • Pass a pre-employment drug screening + background check
  • Collection of SSN as part of the background check process will be required
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States
  • PS is a 24 hour facility and as such we require fully open schedule availability and flexibility for all positions within our operations departments, including weekends, holidays, and early morning/late evening shifts.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain exceptional cleanliness and presentation standards throughout all PS guest-facing and operational areas, including suites, salon, spa, restrooms, hallways, patio, offices, CBP/TSA areas, elevators, stairways, and employee spaces.
  • Prepare suites and guest areas prior to arrivals by replenishing amenities and ensuring spaces meet established standards for cleanliness, organization, and readiness.
  • Perform routine cleaning duties including vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, dusting, polishing, sanitizing surfaces, carpet care, and waste removal using manual and powered cleaning equipment.
  • Clean and sanitize restrooms continuously throughout each shift; replenish paper products, soaps, and guest amenities to maintain a pristine environment.
  • Restock suites, bathrooms, and work areas with linens, towels, robes, slippers, and operational supplies as required.
  • Ensure housekeeping carts, cleaning tools, and supply closets are clean, organized, and well stocked
  • Respond promptly to guest-area cleaning requests, touch-ups, and operational needs during active service periods.
  • Report maintenance concerns, safety hazards, or equipment issues immediately to the Housekeeping Manager or Supervisor.
  • Follow all safety, sanitation, chemical handling, PPE, and infection-control procedures and ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Participate in deep-cleaning and large-scale cleaning projects as assigned.
  • Process lost and found items according to established procedures and maintain discretion when working in guest or private spaces.
  • Maintain a professional, reliable, and service-oriented presence while promoting a positive image of PS.
