Requirements

Physical requirements: Standing, lifting (up to 30 pounds), bending
Communication: An ability to communicate effectively with residents and co-workers
Be on time and reliable - Our residents rely on us to assist them with their daily living activities and we expect our team to be reliable at all times.

Responsibilities

Complete laundry and housekeeping according to the assigned schedule.
Clean residents' apartments on a weekly basis as assigned and perform emergency housekeeping duties as needed.
Clean common spaces, furniture and fixtures, and bathrooms. Replenish bathroom supplies in common areas, as needed.
Take care of equipment used within the department.
Work with a team to complete assignments.
