Requirements
Is a professing Christian and is supportive of Timber-lee Ministries’ mission and core values as well as committed to the truths found in our Statement of Faith.
Commitment to a Christian lifestyle and demonstration of character in keeping with the biblical model.
Exhibits a sincere love for the Lord and desires to see people come to know Him personally and grow in their faith.

Demonstrates excellent work ethic and excels at providing quality guest experiences.
Has excellent communication skills and the ability to teach and lead others.
Understand and exhibit behaviors and skills needed to function and be accountable in a team environment.
Passion for people, learning new things, and a sense of adventure.
Has some experience in, or is teachable in, cleaning skills.
Is not allergic to, or sensitive to, normal cleaning products.
Has a valid drivers license and clean driving record (preferred).
Shows a willingness to do assigned tasks.
Uses time wisely to accomplish assigned tasks.
Maintains good communication with supervisors and other staff members.
Able to lift up to 50 pounds of materials and/or equipment, and can carry/move them up to 300 yards.
Is able to physically traverse the multi-terrain campground in all seasons of the year; able to be on one’s feet for long periods of time.
Candidates must be at least 16 years of age at time of hire to be considered for this position.
Responsibilities
Prep and clean cabins, guest rooms & restrooms
Help with camper/staff move-in by handling luggage
Keep public spaces sparkling and up to camp standards
Assist with seasonal cabin changeovers
Pitch in with special projects as needed
Work in a team that makes camp feel like home!
Assist with camper arrival/departure on weekends
Participate in other camp activities as planned by the Recreation and Ministry Departments, as the schedule allows, mainly after dinner hours.
Flex into other roles and temporary assignments to other duties (including Cabin Leader) if needed
