About The Position
Under moderate direction, performs basic cleaning tasks according to specific departmental policy and procedures in order to maintain a clean, safe and attractive environment for the community. The position involves cleaning all assigned resident and ancillary areas daily, ensuring a sanitary and odor-free home-like environment. The role requires demonstrating a willingness to meet the needs of the department by assisting fellow employees, residents, and their families. Duties must be completed as assigned and routine assignments performed within the work shift without supervisor assistance. Proper use of supplies and equipment is essential, and active participation in safety initiatives and risk mitigating measures is expected. Other duties may be assigned as necessary.
